Cardiff Gate services is the motorway service station on the junction of the M4 motorway (junction 30) and the A4232, located on the 100-acre (0.40 km2) Cardiff Gate International Business Park, adjacent to Pontprennau, north east of Cardiff, Wales.

Parking at these facilities is limited to 2 hours with any additional parking resulting in a £60 charge.

Facilities

Originally leased by Granada Ltd., it is now owned by Welcome Break. Within the relatively small services building there are shops, toilets and a cash machine.

Also on the business park is the Hotel Ibis Cardiff Gate.

The service station is also the only UK motorway service station to have a KFC drive thru.

Gavin and Stacey

The services featured frequently in the BBC1 television series Gavin and Stacey, masquerading as Leigh Delamere services, which is actually located further east along the M4 in Wiltshire.
