Chinmaya Vidyalaya (Hindi: चिन्मय विद्यालय, रौर्केला) is an Indian school located in the Chhend Colony of Rourkela, Odisha. The school was established in 1992 with the contribution of the Central Chinmaya Mission Trust, Rourkela. The school is affiliated to the Indian Certificate of Secondary Education (ICSE) pattern of education, New Delhi.[2]

Academics

The school has 2,600 students from KG, Class I to XII, having science streams at senior secondary level. It prepares the students of Class X and XII for the ICSE and the Indian School Certificate.

Campus

The school has a primary resource room, science laboratories, computer rooms with television, LCD and OHP[clarification needed] facilities, playgrounds and gardens, and a library.

Universal outlook

Topics covered include environmental education, synthesis of science and religion and intrinsic microcosm and macrocosm vision.
