Gameplay
Chitin: I is the second Microgame from Metagaming after Ogre, in which, given a species of intelligent insects inhabiting a world in which food resources are inadequate for all, wars will be fought over what food is available.[1]
Reception
David James Ritchie reviewed Chitin: I in The Space Gamer No. 13.[1] Ritchie commented that "For those who like their carnage in cardboard, Chitin: I is definitely an attractive brew."[1]
