Ciaran Madden

Ciaran Madden (born 27 December 1947) is a British stage, film, and television actress. She is a graduate of the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts, and is an Associate Member of the academy.[1] She is best known internationally for her Agatha Christie, Shakespeare, Tom Stoppard, and Jane Austen roles filmed for television; and also for her roles in the films Wolfshead: The Legend of Robin Hood (1969), Gawain and the Green Knight (1973), The Beast Must Die (1974) and Spy Story (1976), and the TV miniseries A Married Man (1984) opposite Anthony Hopkins.[2]
