Corinne Brinkerhoff

Corinne Brinkerhoff is an award nominated American television writer and producer. She has worked on the series The Good Wife and Boston Legal. She was nominated for a Writers Guild of America Award for best new series in 2010.[1]

Career

She began working in television as the executive assistant to show runner David E. Kelley on the first season of Boston Legal. She became a writer for the second season and scripted the episode "Smile" in 2006. She returned as a writer for the third season. She wrote or co-wrote the season premiere "Can't We All Get a Lung?", the episode "Selling Sickness" and the season finale "Trial of the Century". She became a story editor for the fourth season in 2007. She co-wrote the episodes "The Object of My Affection" and "Rescue Me". She was promoted to executive story editor for the fifth and final season in 2008. She wrote the episodes "Happy Trails" and "Juiced".

She became a co-producer and writer for new legal drama The Good Wife in 2009.[2] She wrote the episodes "Unprepared"[3] and "Painkiller".[4] Brinkerhoff and the writing team were nominated for the Writers Guild of America Award for best new television series in 2010 for their work on the first season of The Good Wife.[1]
