Daniel Thomas Trickett-Smith (born 8 September 1995) is an English footballer who plays for the United Soccer League club Sacramento Republic as an attacking midfielder.

Playing career

Trickett-Smith signed with Liverpool from Crewe Alexandra in the summer of 2012 for a fee of £300,000, that could potentially rise to £1,000,000. He was released by Liverpool in April 2016 after to failing to break in to the first-team squad.

Trickett-Smith signed with third-tier American side Sacramento Republic FC on 19 May, 2016, who play in the United Soccer League. He made his debut for the club on May 28, 2016 in a 1-1 draw with Swope Park Rangers.
