Promotion

A snippet of "Falling in Love" was first heard as the intro for 2NE1's comeback performance of "I Love You" on the Seoul Broadcasting System show Inkigayo on June 8, 2012, with CL rapping a verse in English.[6][2][7] A year later, the title of the song and a promo photo was released by YG Entertainment.[8] The single was first originally slated to debut on SBS Inkigayo on July 7, 2013 but the show was cancelled because of the Asiana Airlines Flight 214 crash which killed 2 people.[9][10][11] The single instead debuted on M Countdown on July 11, 2013.[11]

The song starts with a gold necklace saying "Make It Happen", then the song goes on to a tropical beach. In the first verse, Minzy is wearing a white dress and is in a room full of gold and drinking out of a gold cup then closes up one of the boys, then CL raps, also in a room full of gold and also wearing white.
