Biography

O'Leary's younger brother Blake O'Leary joined the Neighbours cast in October 2007, playing Ben Kirk. Blake originally auditioned for Mickey at the same time as his brother.[2] O'Leary also has a sister called Holly.[3] Fletcher shares a birthday with his brother and his father.[1]

He attends year 12 at Eltham College of Education.[1] He also attended Warranwood Primary Schoolwhere his mother Jacinta O'Leary works as the Performing Arts teacher.

Fletcher says he enjoys "skateboarding, jumping on the trampoline and playing chasy" as well as visiting the beach, taking photos (he is learning to use an old Pentax), the High School Musical movies and going to watch Carlton football matches with his father and brother.[3] He plays football every Saturday for the Croydon Arrows.[1]

He is learning tap, jazz and ballet with his brother.[1] He has been dancing since he was five and says it makes him "really happy". He once danced with Dein Perry during a "Tap Dogs" tour.[3] He does horseriding in Warrandyte with his favourite horse Banjo, and he mostly plays soccer with his mates at school. He got elected "Wellington" House Sports Captain at primary school which was the best and basically won everything because all his friends were in it and it had every single sporty person in it. He wants to one day be in a musical film and is learning to sing and play the piano.[3]

Fletcher also hangs around with his bestie, Callum
