In Chile, the Fondas (also called ramada or chingana) is constructed as a temporary local sales of food and drink and dance during the Fiestas Patrias in September. One of the most famous eateries is La Grandiosa Bertita, which is installed in the O'Higgins Park in Santiago, Chile.
