This name uses Spanish naming customs: the first or paternal family name is Huidobro and the second or maternal family name is Sigismondi.

Gerardo Huidobro Sigismondi (born 28 June 1996)[1] is a Peruvian swimmer[2] who has won several national and international medals at junior level. Since 2009 he has held the Junior B 50 metres breaststroke record with a time of 33.67 seconds.[citation needed]
