The Helsinki Institute of Physics (HIP, Finnish: Fysiikan tutkimuslaitos, Swedish: Forskningsinstitutet för fysik) is a physics research institute operated by University of Helsinki, Aalto University and University of Jyväskylä. The institute is responsible for the Finnish research collaboration with CERN.
