Holy Land International School was one of the best international grade schools during the 1990s and early 2000s located in New Baneshwor, Kathmandu and also in Chitwan, Nepal. At its establishment, it had the best qualified teachers from Darjelling and other parts of India. Not only did it have students from the national boundary but also from India and elsewhere. Later the school started to face problems of finance and also insecurity as its two buses were burnt down to ashes during a bombing by Maoist. The school operated in Chitwan altogether for five years and then shifted to Kathmandu. Currently it has been operating in Buddhanagar, Kathmandu, with the name of Rosebud school.
