James O'Donoghue (born 19 June 1990) is an Irish Gaelic footballer from Kerry.
O'Donoghue plays his club football with Killarney Legion and county football for the Kerry senior football team since 2010.[1] His father Diarmuid, who is also left-footed, played for Kerry in the 1980s, winning four Munster titles, three All-Irelands and one National Football League as captain.[2]
O'Donoghue won his first All-Ireland Senior title with Kerry in 2014 after a 2-9 to 0-12 win against Donegal in the final. He scored a total of 4-24 during the 2014 championship.[3] In October 2014 he won his second All Star award and was also named as the All Stars Footballer of the Year for 2014.[4]
