Jaroslav Pospíšil is a former Czech slalom canoeist who competed in the 1990s and 2000s. He won five gold medals in the C-2 team event at the ICF Canoe Slalom World Championships (1995, 1999, 2003, 2006, 2007).

He also won four medals in the same event at the European Championships (2 golds, 1 silver and 1 bronze).

His partner in the boat until 2006 was Jaroslav Pollert. After that it was David Mrůzek.
