James Michael Weatherwax (born January 9, 1943) is a former American football defensive tackle in the National Football League for the Green Bay Packers. He played college football at California State University, Los Angeles and West Texas A&M University. He was honored to be in Hall of Fames from his Redlands High School and California State University, Los Angeles playing days.

Weatherwax was drafted by the Packers in the eleventh round (150th overall) of the 1965 NFL Draft. Weatherwax played 34 games during his three professional seasons in 1966, 1967, and 1969, all with Green Bay. Weatherwax was a member of the Super Bowl I and Super Bowl II Champion Packers.

After his football career was over, he worked as a manager and was part owner of a Marie Callenders Restaurant in El Toro, California. He is now retired living in Northern Colorado.
