Joseph Robert Castiglione (born October 8, 1957) is the athletic director at the University of Oklahoma.

The former athletic director at the University of Missouri in Columbia, Missouri, Castiglione received the 2004 Bobby Dodd Award for athletic director of the year. He has overseen seven national championships in football, softball, and gymnastics as AD. Castiglione is best known for hiring current Oklahoma football coach Bob Stoops. In 2009, Castiglione was named the Athletic Director of the Year.[1]

Castiglione is a graduate of the University of Maryland, where he played football as a walk-on.[2]
