John Harding (born 1951) is a British author.
Life
Harding was born in Prickwillow, near Ely, Cambridgeshire][1] in 1951 and after attending local schools Read English at St Catherine's College, Oxford University. He has written for a living all his life. His first book What We Did on Our Holiday was adapted for TV in 2006[1] and should not be confused with a later film of the same name. The book describes a man taking his father, who has advanced Parkinson's Disease, on vacation to Malta.[2]
Harding has married, has two sons and lives in Richmond up on Thames.[1]
