The Konkouré River is a river in west Africa. The river originates near the town of Konkouré, in west central Guinea, West Africa, and flowing in a westerly direction 303 km to the Atlantic Ocean.

The river generates electricity from the Garafiri Dam, a second hydroelectric dam in planned for construction on the river near Kaléta.

For the biggest part of its course, the river flows over a rocky underground. Together with steep cliffs, this causes many rapids and waterfalls, making the river not suitable for navigation. But it does make the river suitable for electricity production.
