Leslie H. "Les" Davis (July 31, 1900 – February 26, 1966) was an American football coach in the United States.
Coaching career
Davis was the head college football coach for the Morningside Mustangs located in Sioux City, Iowa. He held that position for the 1946 and 1947 seasons. His coaching record at Morningside was 7 wins, 9 losses and 1 tie. As of the conclusion of the 2009 season, this ranks him #10 at Morningside in total wins and #11 at the school in winning percentage (.441).[2]
