Lydia Wideman (born May 17, 1920), known after marriage as Lydia Wideman-Lehtonen is a former cross-country skier from Finland.
She was born in Vilppula.
She became the first female Olympic medalist in cross-country skiing when she won a gold medal over 10 km 1952 Winter Olympics in Oslo.
