Marley Park is a residential development in Surprise, Arizona (in the Phoenix metropolitan area), USA.

The development occupies 950 acres (380 ha), most of the square formed by West Waddell Road, North Reems Road, North Bullard Avenue, and West Cactus Road. It includes a number of small public parks, the biggest being Heritage Park, at 25 acres (10 ha).

Marley Park was developed by the real estate development firm DMB Associates in May 2005.[1]
