Kickboxing career

Amateur career

During his amateur career, Suzuki won two different titles: the TOP RUN -45kg title, which he defended once, and the TOP RUN -50kg title.[5]

DEEP KICK title reign

Suzuki made his professional debut against Shohei Morishita at DEEP☆KICK 15. He knocked Morishita out after just 17 seconds. He would go on to win his next five fights, which earned him the chance to challenge Kazuki Tanaka for the DEEP KICK -55kg title.[6] Suzuki won the title with a third-round TKO of Tanaka.[7]

After winning the title, Suzuki went on the worst run of his career, losing three fights in a row. He lost an extra round split decision to Masahide Kudo at REBELS 33,[8] a majority decision to Wataru Yamato at NJKF 2015 2nd,[9] and by TKO to Tenshin Nasukawa in the quarterfinals of the Blade.2 tournament.[10]

Suzuki was scheduled to defend his DEEP KICKS title against Unao Hatomune at DEEP☆KICK 28. He won the fight by a second round TKO.[11]

WBC Muaythai and HOOST CUP titles

Suzuki won his next four fights, defeating Ryo Takahashi, David Chibana, Shuto Miyazaki and Takeshi Katsuoka. At NJKF 2016 7th, Suzuki fought Hayashi Takaki for the WBC Muay Thai Japan -55kg title. He won the fight by a first-round knockout.[12]

After winning the WBC Muaythai title, Suzuki was scheduled to defend his DEEP KICK belt for the second time against Kazuma Sasaki, at DEEP☆KICK 32. Suzuki won the fight by second-round TKO.[13]

Suzuki won one a non-title bout against Takuma Ota, before once again fighting for a title, the HOOST CUP Japan -55kg title, against KING Kyosuke. He won the fight by unanimous decision.[14]

RISE

For his promotional debut, Suzuki was scheduled to fight Rasta at RISE 126.[15] He won the fight by unanimous decision. He was afterwards scheduled to fight Yuki Masato for the RISE Bantamweight title at RISE 129.[16] Suziki won the fight by third-round TKO.[17]

Suzuki won his next three fights with RISE, contested during the 2019 RISE World Series. He defeated Duk Jae Yoon during the first round, Emanuele Tetti Menichelli in the semifinal, and Toki Tamaru in the Series final.[18][19] During this run of form, Suzuki was also scheduled to defend the WBC Muaythai title against Shun YAMATO,[20] and won the fight by fourth-round knockout.

At RISE 136, Suzuki was scheduled to defend the RISE Bantamweight belt for the first time in a rematch with Rasta.[21] Suzuki won the fight by knockout, dropping Rasta with a right straight in the fourth round.[22]

Suzuki participated in the RISE DEAD OR ALIVE 2020 Osaka 55kg tournament. He beat Rui Ebata by unanimous decision in the semifinal, but in turn lost by unanimous decision the final bout against Shiro.[23]

At RISE Eldorado 2021, he faced Soma Tameda, whom he beat by knockout in the first round.[24]

Suzuki was scheduled to face Tepparith Joe Gym at RISE WORLD SERIES 2021. He won the fight by unanimous decision.[25]
