Maxine Johnson is an English racing cyclist. Johnson competed at both the 1990 and 1994 Commonwealth Games. She was a member of the English squad who won the bronze medal in the team time trial event at the 1994 Commonwealth Games. In 1998 she won the season long trophy British best all rounder
