Miss América Latina 2014 was the twenty-eighth international edition of the Miss América Latina contest, and the twenty-three overall. The final event was held on September 6, 2014 in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. Julia Guerra from Brazil crowned Nicole Pinto of Panama as her successor at the end of the event.

On November 14, 2014 became public the decision of Nicole Pinto, to cede the title of Miss America Latina 2014, to be the representative of Panama in Miss World 2014 after the dismissal of Raiza Erlenbaugh, being that Nicole was the finalist of the Miss Panamá World 2014. Yanire Ortiz amounts to the title of Miss America Latina of the world that the Panamanian Nicole Pinto with his resignation leaves vacant to pursue other personal goals.
