Forced out of UK Labour Party

In February 2018 Bergdorf was appointed LGBT adviser to Dawn Butler MP, Labour's women and equality shadow minister. However, the disclosure of a his highly offensive opinions about women, race, and many other matters, all expressed in crudely abusive terms on social media, led to pressure from the party for Bergdorf to resign. He deleted the posts but screenshots had already been taken. [1] [2]
