The Human Rights Council of India(Protection of Human Rights)www.hrcindia.org.in is a non-governmental organization concerning human rights.

It formed on 16 February 2012 with a view to serve the country by means of humanity without personal interest. It is a non-governmental, non-political, and social organization. Human Rights Council of India began with the co-operation of people including Chandra Sekhar Dey, Satish Kumar, who had experience in the field of human rights protection and social services. The organization began in an office in Delhi and is now working in seven states and more than 125 block, sub-division and district committees in India.
