Norman Pugh is a Welsh professional rugby league footballer of the 1930s and '40s, playing at representative level for Wales, and at club level for Oldham, as a Second-row, i.e. number 11 or 12, during the era of contested scrums.[1]

International honours

Norman Pugh won 6 caps for Wales in 1935–1938 while at Oldham.[2]
