The OVW Tag Team Championship is the tag team titles of Ohio Valley Wrestling. Created in 1997, the first champions were Nick Dinsmore and Flash Flanagan.

The current champions are Band of Brothaz (General Pope & Private Anthony). They defeated The Van Zandt Family Circus (Dapper Dan Van Zandt & The Ringmaster) for the championships on December 5, 2015 at an OVW TV Saturday night special from Louisville, Kentucky.
