One Avighna Park is a cluster redevelopment project, and is envisaged to house- Twin 64-storey Luxury Residential Towers, One 40-storey Hospitality/Commercial Tower & Seven Rehabilitation Towers in Mumbai, Maharashtra.[4] It is spread across seven acres of Islam Mill Compound, Lower Parel (E).[3]

One Avighna Park is located in the heart of Lower Parel, Mumbai. With close proximity to central business districts like - BKC, Nariman Point and excellent connectivity to entertainment and leisure avenues like Palladium, Atria, ITC Grand, Shangri-La, Four Seasons. Temples like Siddhivinayak, Mahalaxmi, Mumbadevi and Wadala Hanumanji are just 10-15 mins drive away. Domestic and International airports are separated by a drive of 30-35 mins.
