Phi Cygni (φ Cyg) is a class G8III[3] (yellow giant) star in the constellation Cygnus. Its apparent magnitude is 4.69[2] and it is approximately 266 light years away based on parallax.[1] It is a spectroscopic binary with two similar stars orbiting with a period of 434 days.[7][8]
