Phil Greco (born September 30, 1948) is the former head football coach (1987–1992) and athletic director (1987–1993) at Nicholls State University.

Greco is an alumnus of Tulane University. He has also been an assistant at Northeast Louisiana University (assistant coach), University of Southern Mississippi (assistant coach) and Tulane University serving as running backs coach in 1985 and tackles/tight ends coach in 1986. Prior to his college career, he was both an assistant and head football coach at the former F. T. Nicholls High School in New Orleans, Louisiana, assistant coach at both De La Salle High School in New Orleans and Archbishop Shaw High School in Marrero, Louisiana and head football coach at East St. John High School in Reserve, Louisiana from 1978 to 1980. His 1980 team won the state championship with a 14–0 record.[1][2][3]

He is currently athletic director at Archbishop Rummel High School in Metairie, Louisiana.
