Profyle are a former American R&B group, best known for their one major hit, "Liar". They were signed to Motown Records with which they released two albums and then went on to release another album independently.

Background

They released their most popular single titled "Liar", produced by Teddy Riley. The video for "Liar" was a staple of MTV2 and BET in the fall of 2000.

They also released a self-titled independent album 2004 on Major Money. Two of the members have a Myspace page www.myspace.com/hersheyface. The lead singer went on to work with artist such as Gerald Levert, Shawn Kane, and Grammy award winner Gerald "The CleanUp Man" Isaac, Scott Storch and Ne-yo.
