Ranch to Market Road 1865 (RM 1865) is a short Ranch to Market Road in Terrell and Val Verde counties in the U.S. state of Texas maintained by the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT).

Route description
The southern terminus of RM 1865 is in Terrell County at US 90 near the Val Verde County line. The route travels north, then northeast into Val Verde County before ending at the Union Pacific Railroad in Pumpville.[1][2][3]
History
The current RM 1865 was established in 1951 as FM 1865. In 1959, this route was designated RM 1865.[1]
