Richard Monroe Barnes (born July 21, 1959 in Palm Beach, Florida) is a former Major League Baseball pitcher who played for two seasons. He played for the Chicago White Sox in 1982 and the Cleveland Indians in 1983.
He made his first debut in the Major League at age 22 on July 18, 1982.[1] He played his last game at the age of 24 on September 25, 1983.[2]
