The rural municipality of Beaver River in Saskatchewan, Canada was corporated on January 1, 1978.

The RM of Beaver River #622 is a rural municipality in the Canadian province of Saskatchewan. Beaver River #622 is located in the north western part of Saskatchewan, in SARM division #622. The villages of Goodsoil and Pierceland lie geographically within the territory of Beaver River No. 622, as do the Big Island Lake Cree Territory and Ministikwan 161A First Nations Indian reserves, but none of these are technically part of the rural municipality.[1]

History

Before 1905, Beaver River #622 would have been part of the North West Territories.
