San Antonio Community Hospital (SACH) is an acute, full service medical center in Upland, California.

The 283 bed facility is known for its advanced Neo-Natal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) and for its cardiac care programs. This facility has been designated an official Stemi heart attack receiving center by Inland Counties Emergency Medical Agency (ICEMA). The hospital has also been awarded a 5 star maternity rating by HealthGrades for its excellent maternity care as well as breast feeding education and support for mothers. In 2010 San Antonio has received a 100 Top Hospital award from Thomson Reuters. San Antonio Community Hospital’s emergency medical care has been found to be among the top 5% in the nation according to a new study released today by HealthGrades, the leading independent healthcare ratings organization.

Of the 4,900 hospitals examined for their mortality rates in 11 of the most common emergent conditions for Medicare patients, only 255 received this award. More notably, 26 other hospitals in the state of California were recognized for these superior patient outcomes.

The hospital has opened a Gamma Knife treatment center in its radiation oncology department that, at its opening, was one of only two in southern California. SACH has also recently completed construction on a new 3T MRI in its main radiology department on site. SACH also owns several satellite facilities throughout the surrounding community including Rancho San Antonio Medical Plaza in the city of Rancho Cucamonga, California and Sierra San Antonio Medical Plaza in the city of Fontana, California. In 2010, the Hospital is currently in the final planning stages of an expansion that would increase the number of beds to over 400, and has recently expanded its emergency department and Women's Imaging Center.
