Sanami Matoh

(born April 29, 1969) is a manga artist and writer who is popular in Japan especially among teenage girls. Matoh debuted as a manga artist in 1990 with Next to an Angel published by Akita Shoten. Her other works include -Fake-, By the Sword, and Black x Blood. She has also written quite a few dōjinshi, mostly about the popular manga One Piece.[citation needed] She taught Kazuma Kodaka, the author of Kizuna: Bonds of Love, shoujo manga drawing techniques.[1]
