The Seattle Civic Square is a proposed 520-foot (160 m) tall, 43-story skyscraper in Seattle, Washington, that was approved by the city in 2009.[1] The building will include space for retail, offices, and residences.[2] The development will also include a Lua error in Module:Convert at line 272: attempt to index local 'cat' (a nil value). public plaza.[3]
The site has been vacant since the previous structure, the Public Safety Building, was demolished in 2005.[4] As of November 2012[update], the Civic Square project is on hold as the developers search for financing or a tenant.[5]
