Liú Jìngluò (Chinese: 劉婧犖; 25 November 1985), better known by her stage name Seira Ryū (劉セイラ Ryū Seira?) is a Chinese Japanese voice actress affiliated with Aoni Production.[1] Born in Beijing, China and raised in Japan.
