History

Development of Southland Park began in 1978.

The Southport Atrium was previously occupied by Fluor Daniel.

In 2003, Southland Park was declared the Winner of a Building Owners and Managers Association of Calgary (BOMA) Award in the Suburban Office Park (Mid-Rise) category. [3]

In 2009, development of Southland Park was completed with the installation of a pedestrian overpass from the Southport Tower to the Southland LRT station. [4]
