Tömör-Ochiryn Tulga (Mongolian: Төмөр-Очирын Тулга; born 11 February 1998) is a Mongolian wrestler.[1] He competed in the men's freestyle 65 kg event at the 2020 Summer Olympics.[2]

At the 2024 Golden Grand Prix Ivan Yarygin Tömör-Ochiryn Tulga won silver medal, he defeated Zagir Shakhiev in the semifinal round and controversially lost the final round to Gadzhimurad Rashidov 4:3[5]
