Takuya Kokeguchi (苔口 卓也 Kokeguchi Takuya?, born 13 July 1985 in Okayama) is a Japanese footballer who plays for Kataller Toyama.[1]

He was a member of Japan U-20 national football team for 2005 FIFA World Youth Championship held in Netherlands.[2]
