The following is an episode list for the Disney Channel sitcom Phil of the Future. The series premiered on June 18, 2004 and ended on August 19, 2006 with 43 episodes spanning two seasons.

Keely's crush, Tanner, is cheating on her. When Darcy, the other girl, asks about Tanner, Phil morphs into Tanner and kisses her privately. Phil tries to tell Keely but she thinks that he's just trying to break them up. After seeing Darcy return to kiss Tanner, Keely learns the truth and apologizes to Phil. Meanwhile, Pim tries to break up Debbie and Bradley because they annoy her with their love talk. She tricks Debbie into thinking that Bradley hit on her causing Debbie to throw a pie in his face. Debbie then wants Bradley back and asks Pim to train her to be just like Pim. In the end, Bradley ends up really liking Pim.

Phil gets sent back to the 2nd grade to improve his penmanship. He then meets Tanner's little bother who has a camera taped onto his helmet. After his embarrassing moments in the 2nd grade he finds out that Tanner's little brother's camera that was taped onto his helmet taped all the things he did in 2nd grade, so he goes to Tanner's house and climbs to his room to try to get the tape back. He fails. The next morning , Tanner reveals to the whole student body that Phil Diffy went back to the 2nd grade. And he shows all the things Phil did. Phil admits that he went to the 2nd grade, but as he was saying this Tanner's little brother comes and tells of all the embarrassing things Tanner did such as he was crying at the petting zoo last week because the goat touched him and his mom had to buy him an ice cream to make him stop crying.

Phil tries to help Keely overcome her stage fright so she can perform in front of the school. But that plan backfires when Phil notices that Keely can only sing in front of him. To end the problem, Phil shrinks himself and climbs up the mike stand to help to Keely sing "Protecting Me".She then forgets about Phil and begins to swing the mike stand as she sings confidentily as she swings the mike stand Phil flies off. She does not win first place, but in fact Tara did. She then thanks Phil for his help.

Pim becomes her class's chalk monitor, while Phil tutors Keely in Algebra and teaches her to be accepting of people outside her clique; Pim runs against Debbie in an election for chalk monitor.

His dad makes him a prosthetic toe, which is lost in the tomatoes, then found by Keely. They have a discussion about being honest, and Phil tells her he's from the future.

A malfunctioning gadget switches Phil's and Curtis' personalities once in a while, Phil tries to impress a girl named Alice (Alice Greczyn), Pim gets stressed out by her "not so best friend" Debbie (who already died in "Halloween") and she takes a yoga class that Debbie teaches. Keely gets jealous of Phil's love interest to Alice and in the end of the episode Alice finds out that Phil was trying to impress her and she breaks up with him, Keely and Phil dance to the last song at the Ball.

But Phil doesn't like her back so he pretends to be a low-life so Grace won't like him but it still doesn't work, so they make a double date with Grady and Keely, Phil and Grace. Before the date Keely and Phil transform Grady into something more like Phil. At the end of the date Grady and Grace go to clean the telescope and Phil and Keely enjoy their date.

After being voted Cutest Couple by the school, Phil and Keely decide to become a couple but Phil gets the grim realization that the time machine is fixed. It also revealed that Lloyd was intentionally not repairing the time machine because the whole family is so happy living in this century. Upset that Phil's leaving just as they've admitted they love each other, Keely decides not to be there when the Diffys leave. But she changes her mind and rushes to the time machine... too late. Phil begs his father to go back, so he can truly say goodbye to Keely. Keely is reading the school news when Phil comes back to say goodbye. Phil exclaims "I didn't wanna leave without saying goodbye for real", and gives her a big passionate kiss on the lips in front of the entire school. Keely tells Phil to wait for her and Phil agrees and she gives him one more kiss. Phil leaves and goes back to the time machine, only to realize that they have left their pet caveman Curtis in the present, and start to go back. In the final scene of the series, we see Curtis getting food from the fridge. Curtis notices he's alone and panics.
