Xinwuri Station Hall

Xinwuri Station (Chinese: 新烏日車站; pinyin: Xīnwūrì Chēzhàn), formerly known as New Wuri Station, is a railway station of Taiwan Railway Administration (TRA) Taichung Line located in Wuri District, Taichung City, Taiwan. It is located adjacent to THSR Taichung Station to which it is connected via a direct passageway.

Overview

The station consists of a huge building. Only a single corridor is opened, leading from the HSR station to the TRA platforms. There are automatic ticketing machines and ticketing staff, but no ticket office or other infrastructure. Instead, shops, restaurants, bus stations, and parking facilities of the HSR station can be used.
