Zonoplusia ochreata is a moth of the Noctuidae family. It is found in the Oriental tropics, north to Japan, east to Sundaland and the Philippines. The species is also known from Queensland.

The wingspan is 24–26 mm. Adults have brown forewings, suffused with reddish bronze except along the greyish dorsum. The forewings are crossed by an oblique double pale grey mark centrally.

The larvae feed on Polygonum species.
