Chiusa di Pesio is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Cuneo in the Italian region Piedmont, located about 80 kilometres (50 mi) south of Turin and about 13 kilometres (8 mi) southeast of Cuneo, on the border with France.

Chiusa di Pesio borders the municipalities of Beinette, Briga Alta, La Brigue (France), Limone Piemonte, Margarita, Peveragno, Pianfei, Roccaforte Mondovì, and Villanova Mondovì. Sights include the Charterhouse, founded in 1173, the Alta Valle Pesio e Tanaro Natural Park and the Museum of Glass and Crystal.
