An ungraded stakes race of onemile on the dirt, it offers a purse of $100,000. This race is named in honor of General Douglas MacArthur, one of America's foremost generals in World War II and commander of the Allied Forces.
This race is not listed on the 2009 schedule of races at Belmont Park.
