Jenny Gerbasi (born in 1962) is a Winnipeg City Councillor for the constituency of Fort Rouge - East Fort Garry. She was first elected in 1998 and subsequently reelected in 2002, 2006, 2010, and 2014. She is a registered nurse and taught at the University of Manitoba. Gerbasi chairs the Access Advisory Committee, which brought forward Canada’s first Universal Design Policy and is the first woman to chair the Historic Buildings Committee.

Gerbasi had been a critic of former Mayor Sam Katz for, among other things, revising Winnipeg's 2008 operating budget six days before a city council vote on the matter.[1]

She has also won a council debate that asks the provincial government to create stronger conflict-of-interest guidelines in response to the Riverside Park Management debate.[2]
