Kevin Quinn (born May 21, 1997, in Chicago, Illinois)[2] is an American actor known for his starring role in the Disney Channel original series, Bunk'd.[3][4][5]

Early Life

Quinn was born in Chicago, Illinois. Son of Brian Quinn, an Advertising Executive, and Tamara Quinn, founder of Pulling Down the Moon. He has a twin sister named Courtney

Career

Growing up, Kevin Quinn was involved in Musical Theater productions at the Children's Theater of Winnetka, a well known, very successful, theatre company. After attending New Trier High School, top ranked in the nation, he began his professional career by appearing in episodes of Shameless[2] and Chicago P.D.[2] Before being on Disney, he auditioned for season 12 of American Idol.[6] He wound up being one of the top 60 males in the country.[7] He then played Jonny in Steppenwolf Theater's production of Lord of the Flies,[2][7] and a boy in a Chicago Shakespeare Theater adaption of Henry V.[7] Quinn's feature film debut was in the 2015 independent film Kids and Ghosts.[citation needed]
