Norma Ruth Smith (née Creighton; October 8, 1951) is an American politician of the Republican Party. She is a member of the Washington House of Representatives, representing the 10th Legislative District since being appointed in 2008.[1][2] Smith unsuccessfully challenged then-State Senator Mary Margaret Haugen in 2000 and Congressman Rick Larsen in 2002, losing by about 4 points in each race.
